Easy Returns

We get it — sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. No stress! With our 30-Day Easy Returns, you can shop knowing we’ve got your back.

If you’d like to return something (for any reason) within 30 days of receiving your order, just email us at sales@supplymykitchen.com.au with your order number. We’ll send you simple, step-by-step instructions so you know exactly what to do.

Once the returned item arrives back at our warehouse and passes a quick quality check, we’ll process your refund right away. Easy!

A couple of quick notes:

  • You’ll just need to cover the return shipping cost.

  • Items must come back in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. If it’s been used or shows signs of wear, we won’t be able to refund it.

We want the process to be smooth, fast, and completely painless — so if you ever need help, we’re only an email away.


Damages

If your item arrives looking a bit worse for wear, don’t worry — we’ll sort it.

Just note the damage when signing for delivery and send us photos on the day it arrives. We'll take it from there!
If something’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we cover all shipping costs to make it right.

Please keep all original packaging so we can process the return properly.

We’ll make sure you get the product you ordered, in perfect condition, as quickly as possible.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? Totally fine — it happens.

If you want to cancel an order, just contact us ASAP.

  • Cancel before it ships: Full refund, no fees.

  • Cancel after it ships: No problem — we’ll follow the 30-day return process, and return shipping will just need to be covered.


A Few Extra Things

  • If a product or supplier has a unique return rule, we’ll make sure it’s clearly listed on the product page.

  • Pre-owned or used items can’t be returned.

  • We sell products for real, ongoing use — not one-off pop-ups or events. Orders intended for temporary or “single use” setups (trade shows, conferences, promotions) aren’t eligible for return.
