1. Style

Curved glass gives a classic, all-round view, while square glass suits a modern fit-out. Multiple shelves let you show more product in the same counter space.

2. Size

Measure your counter or floor space and think about how many cakes or trays you want on show. Use the Width and Capacity filters on this page to narrow the list.

3. Humidity and lighting

Good airflow and humidity control stop cakes drying out. LED lighting makes products look appealing without adding heat.

4. Food safety

Chilled food must be kept at 5°C or below under the Food Standards Code. Check the maximum ambient temperature in the spec table, and choose a tropical-rated model if your kitchen or bar runs hot.
