Deli & Meat Displays

A deli display keeps meats, cheeses and seafood cold while presenting them at their best. Here's what to look for.

1. Choose the length

Deli displays come in a range of lengths. Measure your counter run and think about how many products you want on show.

2. Glass style

Curved and square glass both work well. Look for glass that's easy to clean, and consider sliding rear doors for staff access.

3. Display and storage

Some models include refrigerated storage underneath, which saves trips to the coolroom during busy times.

4. Food safety

Chilled food must be kept at 5°C or below under the Food Standards Code. Check the maximum ambient temperature in the spec table, and choose a tropical-rated model if your kitchen or bar runs hot.
