1. Choose the size

2. Glass and lighting

Heated or double glazed glass helps stop fogging, and good internal lighting makes products easy to see.

3. Measure your space

Measure the width, depth and height, plus room for the door to swing open. Leave a gap around the unit for airflow, because a unit that can't breathe works harder and wears out sooner.

4. Climate and food safety

Check the maximum ambient temperature in the spec table, and choose a tropical-rated model if your kitchen or bar runs hot.

Food that's meant to be frozen must stay frozen. Avoid loading in large amounts of warm product at once, keep door seals clean, and check the temperature regularly.
