Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and where you live — simple as that. Just pop your items in the cart and use the shipping calculator at checkout to see the exact cost before you buy. No surprises, no sneaky fees.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you’ll get an email from us confirming we’ve received it and that your payment has been pre-authorised.

We’ll then check that everything you ordered is in stock.

  • If it’s ready to go, we’ll process your payment and start getting your order packed.

  • If something isn’t available or needs to be back-ordered, we’ll cancel the pre-authorisation and shoot you an email so we can sort out the best next step together.


Order Shipment

If your items are in stock and payment is processed, your order will usually head out the door within three business days. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation (with tracking) within 24 hours of it leaving the warehouse.

International Orders

Heads up — our products are designed for the Australian market and run on a 240V electrical system.

They’re certified to Australian standards, and may not meet electrical requirements overseas. But yes, we can ship internationally! Just contact us for a personalised shipping quote. If you're happy with it, we’ll put your order together and send you a secure payment link.


Damages

When your order arrives, have a quick look at the packaging. If anything looks damaged, jot it down when signing for delivery — or feel free to refuse the delivery if it looks a bit rough.

If you do accept it, please grab some photos straight away of the packaging and the product itself.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, just email the pics to sales@supplymykitchen.com.au, then head over to our Returns page to lodge your claim.
