Getting it into your kitchen
We deliver kerbside, so here’s what this one needs once it arrives.
- From the kerb: allow two people to carry it. About 60kg in its packaging.
- Through the door: doorways at least 460mm wide. That’s the narrowest side in its box; it’s a little smaller unpacked. Measure doors, hallways and corners on the way in.
- Before switching on: move it upright where you can. If it’s been tilted or laid down, let it stand before turning it on; the manual gives the waiting time.

The Dixell digital controller allows precise temperature settings, while angled pan positions make ingredients easy for staff to access. The pan and pan cover must be used to ensure the correct operating temperature; pans are not included.
